The Beginning

Albatross Consortium was founded in 2006, beginning with small-scale facade cleaning and touch up works. With limited resources but strong determination, the company began building its foundation in building maintenance.

Persevering Through Hardship
After a period of pause, the company attempted to restart operations. With minimal manpower and resources, the founder continued working through significant challenges to keep the business moving forward.
A Turning Point
The Rochester Park project became a defining moment. With only a small team, the company successfully completed spray painting, touch up, and cleaning works, proving that quality execution mattered more than size.
Rebuilding the Company
Operations were scaled in April 2012. Albatross began recruiting its own workers and establishing the technical capabilities required to grow the business professionally.
Skilled Workmanship Built Over Time
Today, Albatross Consortium has completed over 300 projects across Singapore and operates with a team of 20 skilled workers. Our experience in facade maintenance continues to drive consistent quality and workmanship.
