During the Elementum project, we performed facade spray painting, glass cleaning, and polishing works following completion of the new development.
The building had just been completed and required final finishing works. After protective sheets were removed, adhesive residue remained on the glass panels and frame surfaces, and minor surface defects were identified.
Our team carried out facade spray painting to internal frames using ladder access and external panels via rope access. Glass washing, surface cleaning and polishing were performed using A-ladders, boom lifts, scaffolding and rope access to remove residue and restore clarity.
The works addressed the surface imperfections and improved the overall finish of the glass and facade surfaces.
