Through the Labrador Tower project, we delivered spray painting, glass polishing, and comprehensive surface cleaning works following the completion of the new development.
Upon completion of the building, protective sheets remained on the internal and external glass during installation works. After their removal, adhesive residue and surface marks were left on the glass panels and frame finishes.
Our team carried out detailed glass washing, surface cleaning, and touch-up spray painting works to restore affected areas. Access was carefully managed using A-ladders, boom lifts, scaffolding, and rope access techniques to safely reach all elevations and facade sections.
The coordinated cleaning and spray painting works eliminated residue, rectified minor surface imperfections, and reinstated the glass and frame finishes to a clean, uniform, and presentation-ready condition suitable for handover.
