At Raffles Hospital, we completed facade spray painting and glass and surface cleaning works following completion of the new development.
The building had just been completed and required final finishing works. After protective sheets were removed, adhesive residue remained on the glass panels and frame surfaces.
Our team carried out facade spray painting to internal frames using ladders, and external panels via rope access. Glass washing and surface cleaning were performed using A-ladders, boom lifts, scaffolding, and rope access to remove the residue.
The works addressed the surface defects and restored the glass and frames to a clean and uniform finish.
