Singapore State Courts

At Singapore State Courts, we completed post-construction facade spray painting and surface cleaning works.

The building had just been completed when several areas required final rectification works. After protective sheets were removed, adhesive residue remained on the glass panels and frame surfaces, affecting the overall finish.

Our team carried out facade spray painting to the internal frames using ladder access, while external panel works were completed via rope access. Glass washing and surface cleaning were performed using A-ladders, boom lifts, scaffolding, and rope access where required to remove the residue.

The works resolved the surface issues and restored a clean and uniform facade finish.
